On The Up: Blyth Town FC to enter Northern Alliance League

A Robust Club

Established in February 1995, Blyth Town started as a junior football club with only 3 boys teams.
Growing year after year, the club started a girls' section in 2001 and were instrumental in promoting Girls' football in the region!
Now, the club operates 33 unique and hardworking teams competing all all levels of amateur football.
On The Cusp of Promotion
Blyth Town FC's first men's team were on the cusp of promotion into the Northern League when Covid 19 hit and all movement on their level was halted.
Sandra Orr, the club's founder and chair expressed her optimism on this apparent blow:
"Although disappointing, we are determined to go for promotion next season and are confident in the quality of our squad to achieve this aim"
Names Being Taken Now
Blyth Town FC are now taking names of players interested in joining what will be "an exceptional young squad playing under the banner of an ambitious Community Club"
Players aged 18-23 should contact manager Dave Purvis on 07760 500095
